within their processing team, This will involve close liaison with their
Solutions Delivery Manager and Op’s Director. This role is primarily focused on
business critical data processing using excel and an inhouse
system. It involves contact with
clients and working closely with team leader to provide the best quality
and service.
Must have
strong Microsoft Excel and Word and understanding for data processing,
basic accounts knowledge, methodical approach to tasks and attention to
detail is crucial to this role. You
must be a good communicator and team player.

NEGOTIATOR (SR1161)
The role
generally involves valuing properties for the sales or rental markets,
looking at the property's condition and comparing it with others in the
area, Estate agents use their local knowledge when marketing the property
to potential buyers or tenants and then negotiating with them on behalf of
their client. Also liaise with
banks, building societies, mortgage brokers, surveyors, solicitors and
other estate agencies during transactions.
- looking at and collecting
information about a property, and arranging for photographs to be
taken;
- visiting and talking to the
sellers about their property and its special features;
- estimating the value of the
property;
- marketing and promoting
properties for sale;
- compiling home information
packs, contacting qualified home inspectors to complete relevant
sections;
- representing the sellers in
negotiation with prospective buyers;
- monitoring sales as they
proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage brokers,
solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents;
- advising clients and

BID WRITER (SR1151) - VACANCY FILLED
In this
pivotal role you will help collate and prepare responses to customer
requests for bids and the companies proposals, through the writing of the
responses you will collate complex technical financial and functional
components, you will also be required to constantly liaise with the Project
Team and Bid Manager so every day will bring different challenges.
The Bid
Writer will be Degree qualified and highly IT literate; you will possess a
proven track record of technical writing, authoring, journalism or
compiling bid submissions. You will
be required to ideally have an English language degree and a background in
journalism or related experience is an advantage as is the knowledge of the
bid process and submission writing.
All candidates must demonstrate strong literacy skills and
meticulous attention to detail during the interview stage.
