Chalfont based company require a person to measure carpets and deliver estimates, generally running this department.

Hours: 9-6.00 Monday-Saturday (any one day off in week)

PART-TIME FINANCE MANAGER (SR1235)

Northwood based company. A successful candidate would be responsible for all accounting ledger entries, posting supplier invoices, chasing customer balances, bank reconciliation, etc. Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and be highly proficient in the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts. An accounting qualification would be a distinct advantage.

Hours: 20 hours/week
Salary:  £25-30k pa pro rata

 

 

 

FINANCE/BILLING ASSISTANT (SR1234) – POSITION ON HOLD

Locally based, family-owned company require a person to assist in running the billing function. Responsibilities include assisting with monthly running billing for business customers, quarterly billing for domestic customers, calculating and running final bills, calculating customer direct debits, running direct debit collection and dealing with customer queries regarding their accounts. There will also be a customer service element and the role will require someone who is flexible, willing to learn about the product and can help out with customer calls and queries as required.

Hours: 9-5.00
Salary:  £15-17k pa

AGENCY ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (SR1216)

Our client, a marketing agency, are looking for an experienced Account Director ("AD") to join one of their talented client services teams providing the opportunity to work on one of their flagship B2B technology clients.

This role is on a contract basis.

The Account Director has ultimate responsibility for successful project management of all client projects delivered through their team.

Whilst day-to-day project management is not usually part of the role, the AD maintains the responsibility for the individuals in their team who do deliver them.

Working closely with the heads of other departments and the Managing Director, they should be involved in all creative briefings (where possible) and ensure that they are overseeing the brief, budget and quality of the project deliverables and the account management that the client is receiving.

The AD has principal responsibility for the nurturing and development of their accounts, improving profitability of the account and the productivity of the team. They must maintain responsibility for financial forecasting and invoicing.

An AD must proactively consider account development, take an active role in the development of individuals in their team and lead by example in manner and approach to business. They should be industry savvy, take an active interest in technology and new marketing channels and media.

They should constantly be mindful of the overall performance and objectives of the business and seek new ways to positively impact those objectives.

A background in B2B and technology marketing is imperative.

Hours: full time

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience

 

 

 

SHOWROOM ADMIN (SR1230) – POSITION FILLED

Local interior design company looking for a dynamic person to support the head administrator. Duties will include bank errands, checking in fabrics, general admin tasks and making tea and coffee. Candidates must be very organized and able to multitask, and must also have their own transport as the job will involve running errands locally.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5.30

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (SR1227) – POSITION ON HOLD

A local company specializing in interior design and build projects is looking for a full time Quantity Surveyor. The role will require working across multiple contracts, managing defined works, variations and cash flow of projects. Candidates must have their own transport and be willing to travel. The company is ideally looking someone to work on a self-employed basis, but this is not essential.
